2. Open your SAVE_P_ST0.DAT file into the Editor
3. Mod what you want and press Save
4. Replace the SAVE_P_ST0.DAT file back into your SAVE_P_ST0.DAT file
5. Rehash/Resign
6. PLAY!!!

2. Open your SAVE_P_ST0.DAT file into the Editor

This is a scam cause i just did a bunch of freaking serv and nothing.. I dont think such Mod tool exist anyways
